We have stayed at this small family-run hotel previously and would want to stay there again. It boasts a stunning location adjacent to a waterfall and Stelvio Pass. 3. the breakfast options are great with savory food, yoghurt, and prosecco.

The room was good-sized with great views at lesser cost, a proper shower plus an armchair and the breakfast was great. The price was £ 194. It was an amazing and super location for us, close enough to the Stelvio National Park.

The spa facilities were absolutely amazing, with a variety of pools and facilities that were well maintained and clean. The massages offered were also top-notch and provided by experts, making the whole experience wonderful. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

The level of service at the hotel was lacking, especially considering its star rating. From the lack of greeting and assistance upon arrival to the receptionists not always being readily available, there were definitely some issues with the service.

Everyone should be lucky enough to experience the Bagni Nuovi, at least once. It is a magical place. If you have the opportunity, don't let it pass you by.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night at this hotel, but it was fabulous and I would definitely go for longer next time. There is a huge range of different indoor and outdoor spa facilites which are amazing and all included in the price. What could be better then relaxing in one of the hot tubs in the sunshine, overlooking the alps. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The food in the main resturant in the evening was excellent. The breakfast menu was abit more limited than in some other hotels, but still a good choice and the hotel seems to concerntrate on doing simple things to the highest standards and cooked food is available on request. Although the hotel isn't cheap you come away feeling that it was excellent value for money

The friendly maitre d' always ensures a delightful dining experience with a top-notch waiting staff. The rooms are luxurious, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The bathroom is well-maintained, and the attentive service adds an extra touch of comfort. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, including homemade lemonade and freshly made smoothies.

Sometimes, the thermal area can get crowded after 11 am.

An incredible hotel in the most breathtaking of locations. Not cheap but worth every penny to experience the level of luxury on offer. The spas is incredible set against the dramatic back drop of the mountains. The rooms are great (if a little small) and are incredibly comfortable. The service is first class. We stayed over my birthday and whilst we were down at breakfast on our first morning they put a gift and card in my room - they had worked this out from my passport details. An incredibly simple touch that impressed hugely. All front desk staff went out of their way to give us information to make our stay better. We couldnt eat in the hotel restaurant as it was full but were sent to the sister hotel Bagni Vecchi and it was great.

Well-appointed and well-maintained place, we didn't feel like leaving.
